Creating stocks
To activate stocks functionality, you must create all desired stocks in the Alldevice CMMS environment.
Settings > Spare Parts > Warehouses. Read more HERE
By default, the stocks list always includes one warehouse marked as the main stock.
Note! There must always be at least one stock in the list, and it must be marked as the main stock. It is not possible to delete the name of the last remaining warehouse from the list.
A warehouse can also be linked to selected users. In this case, the system will offer that stock as the preferred location for those users to retrieve spare parts.
