Improvements

  • A column with the device creation date has been added to the devices table (hidden by default). The column is also included in the XLS export.
  • The task confirmation date has been added to the list of columns on the device card log tab (the confirmation and completion dates may differ if the work was confirmed retrospectively).
  • Page numbers have been added to the footer of thetask PDF printout if the file contains more than one task.
  • The login pages for the desktop version, mobile version, and external link have been unified under the same design (they all use the same login page).
  • A prefix has been added to the names of category and manufacturer pages to avoid confusion (e.g., Spares: Manufacturers, Devices: Manufacturers, etc.)
  • Improvement of the tasks/list API query: added the ability to filter work orders by confirmation date (confirmed_on_date_start, confirmed_on_date_end).
  • Visual update to the API documentation page (https://alldevice.com/apidocs).
  • The spare part and task card viewing have also been added to the system log. When viewing data through the mobile version, ‘(mobile)’ is appended to the end of the entry.

Bug fixes

  • Avoid weekends” is active, yet regular work is still being scheduled for weekends – Fixed.
    (Work created for the weekend will be corrected the following morning)
  • It is not possible to assign a device to a task created via an external link to a location – Fixed.
  • The API query for tasks did not include the cost of additional expenses – Fixed.
  • When a work order is added via the API, it is not automatically sent to the executor’s email – Fixed.
