Stock to stock transactions
To transfer a spare part from one stock to another, a corresponding stock transfer document must be added. (Spares > Stock movements > Stock to stock).
In the header of the opened table, to the right of the product search fields, are stock navigation buttons. With these, you can specify from which stock the spare part is taken and to which stock it is directed.

Each stock movement document remains linked to a specific stock.
When you add the first row to the table, the stock name located on the left in the navigation will become the linked stock for that document.
This means that the stock name on the left becomes locked, and from then on, movements within the scope of this document can only be made in relation to that stock – either from the stock to elsewhere or from elsewhere back to this stock.
The direction of the transfer is indicated by the arrow between the names of the two stocks. By clicking this button, you can change the direction of the next transfer.

To adjust quantities, click on the quantity cell of the corresponding row and enter the desired value.
Once all rows have been added and quantities verified, click the ‘Move products’ button located at the top right of the table header.
