Task deletion

How can I delete a task?

To delete a task, right-click on the desired work order and select Delete from the context menu.

For open tasks, only planned or extraordinary tasks can be deleted. Regular tasks are generated automatically, and to delete them, you must remove the corresponding service interval (work order scheduling rule) from the associated device.

To do this, open the desired device card, navigate to the “Task Intervals” tab, then proceed to the “Scheduled tasks” page. Click the “Edit” button in the upper right corner of the window and remove the desired schedule.

To see the changes in an already open work order table, click the refresh button located at the bottom left of the table, or close the table and reopen it.

Note: On the start page, the table refresh button is located in the upper right corner of the table.



Note: Once a work order has been deleted, it cannot be recalled or undone.
