On the “Allowed IPs” tab, you can enter the IP addresses from which (and only from which) access to the application will be possible. Access to the Alldevice application will be blocked from all other addresses!!!
When using this option, think carefully about what you are doing and why. If you use this functionality incorrectly, you might lock yourself out of the application permanently. If this happens, you will need to contact Alldevice technical support (support@alldevice.com).
If you want the Alldevice application to be accessible only from your office or factory internal network and users should not access the application from home outside working hours, you can add your company’s public IP address to the allowed IP addresses list. Before doing so, ask your IT staff or Internet service provider if you have a static (fixed) or dynamic (changing) IP address. Otherwise, after restarting your router or a power outage, you might receive a new public IP address from your Internet service provider, and access to the application will be lost.
You can find your current IP address at the top of the window “Current IP: xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx”.

To add an IP address, press the “+ Add” button and fill in the fields. We recommend that you definitely write in the comment field whose IP you added or why you added it. For example: “Office” or “Aadu’s home office”, etc. When the fields are filled, press “Save”.

Note! The same IP address (duplicate) cannot be entered twice. If such an address is already saved, you will be notified.
IP addresses can be added individually or as a range. Below are some examples of how to input addresses.

Edit – Allows editing the IP address and comment field.
Move – Allows moving the selected IP to the blocked or friendly IP addresses list.

Note! We recommend adding a secondary reliable IP address to the list, through which you can access the application in case your network IP changes and you were not notified in advance.
