1.6.23 (03.03.2025)

  • Improvements
    • To the the Settings > Users > Users table columns list added user ID.
    • To the “Task Log” tab of the device card added memory of the filters and blue “Reset” button.
PS! The filter memory is general for all device cards, not individual.
    • Removed the option to use a CSV file for updating the meter readings. The option ‘Variables (TAG)’ will disappear from the settings menu.
For customers currently using this feature, it will remain available. We recommend updating the meter readings via the API interface in the future.
    • The user group privilege ‘Add extraordinary, planned or completed tasks’ has been split into three separate rights: Can add plannedtasks, Can add extraordinary tasks, Can add completed tasjks.
After the update, user groups that had the privilege ‘Adding emergency, planned or completed work’ will have all three new privileges automatically activated.
    • Added the ability to combine different performers into one calendar view for the time-based calendar’s week and month views.

    • Added the option to hide weekends in the time-based calendar settings.

    • Added a month view to the calendar selection.

When hovering over a task with the mouse, detailed information about the task is automatically displayed in a separate pop-up window.

If all the scheduled tasks do not fit in the given box, a reference is displayed in the box. Clicking on it opens a separate window with the hidden tasks.

      Used icons:
      – Performer’s avatar, which displays the performer’s initials. The avatar color is linked to the user’s / executor’s profile. The color can be changed through the menu ‘Settings > Users > Users > … desired user…’ or ‘Settings > Executors > … desired executor…’.
      – Priority, high or low
      – Completed work session related to an open task order. The icon is displayed on work times that have both a start and end time registered, but the related task order is still unconfirmed. After the task order is confirmed, the icons disappear.

P.S. The day and week calendar views have been updated similarly.
    • Added the option to change the user’s avatar color on the user and executor card (the color is used in time-based calendars).

P.S. The avatar (profile) icon color is also visible under the user’s profile, but it cannot be changed by the user.
    • API Request Enhancements:
      • Added warehouse name to the response of the used spare parts history query (in addition to the warehouse ID).
      • Added a query for adding additional costs to a task order.
    • Added the related device manufacturer to the column selection in the “Reports > Task Orders” table (hidden by default, the user must activate it if desired).
    • Added user ID to the column selection in the “Settings > Users > Users” table (hidden by default, the user must activate it if desired).
    • Added a “Refresh” button to the spare part card, allowing reloading of already opened spare part card data if changes have been made by other users in the background (e.g., change in spare part availability).
    • Minor enhancements.
  • Bug fixes
    • In the feedback window for the spare parts search, the data field labels ‘code, name, and manufacturer’ do not change when switching languages. – Fixed
    • When adding a task to the root location via an external link, the embedded image was not included – Fixed.
    • When adding a task order, the calendar button was hidden if the selected device location description was very long – Fixed.
    • “Reports > Spare Parts > Device or Location-based Spare Part History” displayed entries not associated with any device in a separate group – Entries without a device have been removed.
