Most of the user’s activities are reflected in the application system log. For example, additions, modifications, deletions, etc. of entries.
The system log can be found in the top button bar ‘ System > Log’.
In order to see the log, your user must have the right to see the log (Settings > Users > Groups > /your group/ …. [ x ] View Log )

By default, the log table displays the last 7 days of activity. To view older entries, change the date value in the filter.
Filters:
User: Filtering out all selected user activities
Type: allows you to filter activities related to specific parts. For example, activities related to equipment, spare parts or work orders.
Action: allows you to find records related to a specific activity. For example, add, delete, modify, etc.
Text search: allows you to search for a phrase in the ‘More info’ column of the log entry.
From (date): Allows you to filter records from the selected date.
To (date): allows you to filter records up to and including the selected date.

There is an ‘Export’ button in the top right corner of the table which allows you to export the filtered view to an Excel spreadsheet if you wish.
