Starting form 1.6.19 version visitors can see “403 Forbidden – Access blocked” message when their IP address is blocked.

With older versions, if instead of a login page, you see a white page with the text “Too many login attempts per session”.

This means that your network IP address is blocked. You have entered the wrong user name or password 10 times in a row on your network.
In order to unblock your network IP, you need to log into the program from another network with a different external IP address.
If you are using a laptop with WiFi networking capability, the easiest way to get a new external IP address is to ‘hot spot’ your phone and log on to that network with your computer. Make sure you are not logged into the office WiFi network with your phone, otherwise you will be sharing the office network with a hot-spot and the external IP will not change,
Once you are in the Alldevice software, select “System > IP Management” from the top menu bar.
In the window that opens, find the correct IP address, ˇmake right click and from contexxt menu select “Delete”

If there is more than one address in the list, delete only the network address of interest.
To find out the IP address of your office network, Google“What’s my IP” on that network.
If you want to know which username has failed login attempts, select System > Log from the top menu bar.
