Desktop version improvements

  • Information has been added to the pre-created regular task (calendar placeholder) indicating that this work order cannot be confirmed until previous tasks have been confirmed. A reference (shortcut) to the relevant active task is also included.
  • Added multi-select option to the category and manufacturer filters in the devices table (ACS-334).
  • An option to copy a user group has been added to the context menu of the ‘Settings > Users > Groups’ table.

  • The logic for resending work order emails has been changed. Previously, when resending, the work order was automatically sent to everyone who could see the task on the Alldevice homepage. Now, a separate window opens where senders can be entered or selected.

The recipients (To:) are automatically selected based on the performers associated with the selected work orders (if email addresses have been assigned to them).
  • The number of images that can be added to the work order PDF has been increased. If there are more than 30 images, a message will appear at the end of the work order with the link to related task.
  • Task work times handling log entries have been updated (adding, editing, deleting).
  • Added the option to make adding a general comment to a work order mandatory (ACS-333)
    Settings > Settings > Functionality | Tasks …

  • Enhanced  /tasks/list API query. Added the ability to request the list of files linked to a work order.
To do this, include the appropriate parameter in the query…

The response will include the list of linked files.

To download a file, use the /tasks/getTaskFile query (the file will be returned in base 64 format)
