  • Improvements
    • Minor visual style changes
    • Reports > Spare Parts > Spare Part History – A new column showing the warehouse name related to the entry has been added to the column selection. When this column is activated, it also becomes possible to filter data by the related warehouse.
    • Mobile Version – Highlighted images have been added to the general information page of the device card and spare part card (similar to the desktop version).
    • User Group Permission “Work Order Confirmation” has been split into two separate permissions: “Work Confirmation” and “Work Management”
      After the update, user groups that previously had the “Work Order Confirmation” permission active will automatically have both new permissions selected. Groups where the original permission was not active will have both new permissions inactive (i.e., user rights remain unchanged after the update).
      • Task handling – Allows starting and pausing tasks, adding comments, images, files, spare parts, etc.
      • Confirm tasks – Allows confirming the task.
    • Devices Table – A new column has been added to the column list for the device shortcut web link (URL). This column’s data is also included in the XLS export.
    • Work Order Spare Parts Page – When adding a spare part and selecting a warehouse, the quantity available in that warehouse is displayed next to the warehouse name (if the quantity is greater than zero).
    • Settings > Departments > Department List – Pagination and a search function have been added to the department list table.
    • Design update for the General Info tab of the Task window. The card displays standard and custom fields according to the configuration settings. If a field is printed on the task, it will also be shown on the General Info tab, and vice versa. For regular tasks, a link to the previous task related to the given interval will also be displayed.

  • Bug fixes
    • The time-based calendar (month and week view) does not show any task postponed to the weekend – – Corrected
    • If I add a new spare part to a work order by reading the barcode, the quantity on the first reading is 0. All subsequent reads work as expected – Corrected
    • Reports > Spare parts > .. The export of the XLS does not include the rows related to stock movements – Corrected
