Why can’t I see the NFC button in the Alldevice phone app?
Did you open your Alldevice app through the web browser on your mobile device or are you using an app (app) installed through Goole Play or the Apple Store ?
If through the web browser then NFC reading is not possible. For this you need to install the Alldevice CMMS app. READ HERE
Does your mobile device support NFC reading? One way to check is to find your device details on gsmarena.com. Enter the model of your device in the search and search for NFC (use the browser search and search for NFC).
Make sure the NFC reader is activated on your phone. Enter NFC in the search window in your phone’s settings and you should find it quickly.
