The Alldevice software uses a consistent colour code for the display of prompts and warnings:
Foundation colours:
Red: Tasks for which the deadline for completion has passed.
GreyRed : Tasks that are in progress but not yet due (work has been assigned an interim stage)
Blue: Tasks that are due to be completed today (or should be completed today)
Black: Tasks to be carried out in the future
Green: Finished (closed) tasks
Background colours:
Light blue background: Task is in progress
Yellow background: Tasks not yet associated with a specific device.
