The Alldevice software uses a consistent colour code for the display of prompts and warnings:
Text colors:
- Red: Tasks for which the deadline for completion has passed.
- Grey: Tasks that are in progress but not yet due (work has been assigned an interim stage)
- Blue: Tasks that are due to be completed today (or should be completed today)
- Black: Tasks to be carried out in the future
- Green: Finished (closed) tasks
Background colours:
- Light blue background: Task is in progress
- Yellow background: Tasks not yet associated with a specific device.
