You can download Alldevice mobile apps from the GooglePaly or Apple App Store.
If you have installed the Alldevice app on your mobile device, you will see the following picture when you first start it….
… press the “Add Account” button
… In the ‘Domain / Account ID’ field, enter your Alldevice account ID. This is usually a 13-digit number, although it may be shorter for older customers.
When you open the Alldevice application on your computer, the long number in front of alldevicesoft.com in the address bar (URL) is your account ID.
You can also enter a full address but this is not necessary.

After entering your account ID or address, click on the “Add” button and you will be redirected to the Login page.
