Improvements in desktop version
- In Settings > Settings > General settings page, added the option to activate the display of the task ID in the PDF of the task and the completed task report.
- API query response update.
/products/getStockMovemntsthe number of the purchase document and the supplier are added to the request response message. The value of these items is always NULL when stock movement type is ‘move’ (stock-to-stock) or ‘writeoff’. - An API endpoint has been added for loading files and images onto the spare part card (pdf, doc, excel, txt, zip. File size limited to 32MB).
- Printing functionality added to the dashboard.
- Improved the log entries for adding, modifying and deleting intermediate stages in a task (if previously only the change of the intermediate stage type was logged, now all actions would be logged).
- After the update, a version information window is displayed upon the first login. Once the window is closed, it will not be shown again until the next update. If the user does not wish to see the version update information, they can deactivate it in their profile.
- The version information window has been updated. The description of the latest update is now displayed directly in the version info window. Shortcut buttons for opening the article or the full update history in the Wiki are located in the lower left corner of the window.
- The in-app ‘Help’ (user manual) has been removed and replaced with a link to the Alldevice Wiki page.
Mobile version improvements
- A button has been added to the device card for updating the device counter reading. The reading can only be updated once per day.
- The device search on the homepage now opens an intermediate menu that was previously shown only when using NFC or a QR code.
Bug fixes
- For some reason, you can see a button to confirm the teask on the completed tasks (green items). – Fixed
- The daily, weekly and monthly calendars do not display completed tasks if the user is linked to a department. – Fixed
- When I move the device from one location to another, the system log records that it moved from location A to location A (not B). – Fixed
- Sorting of custom fields assigned to the work order table (A > Z) does not work (ACS-357). – Fixed
