  • Improvements
    • The desktop version:
      • Added the ability to generate a QR code on the device card and use it to identify the device and manage tasks, similar to an NFC tag.


      • Information attached to the PDF printout of the task, if the task has already been started (Who started the work and when the work was started).
      • Changed the flexibility of displaying additional field information (columns) in task tables.
        • While it was previously only possible to display global custom fields in tables related totasks, it is now possible to choose in the custom fields settings whether a given column is available for display in the task table or not.



        • After the update, the new parameter is activated for all global fields (the user view does not change after the update).
      • Added the possibility to search tasks by work order number, title, description, execution comment, activity title, activity comment and comment left for next action. The search displays the first 50 matches. The matches are sorted in ascending order by the date of the work order.
        To search, press the top right button (to the left of the user name) or use Ctrl+Shift+F.



      • While we used to use the task ID as the task number, now the task number is decoupled from the task ID.
        • All closed and open current tasks will be numbered with the current task ID (nothing changes from the user’s view).
        • A task number is assigned to tasks that can be validated (pre-generated tasks (place holders) are not assigned numbers).
        • In the Settings > Settings > Functionality [Tasks numbering] page, added the possibility to add a prefix or suffix to the task number. In addition, the number of the next task can be changed if desired (the number cannot be lower than the number already existing with the same prefix and suffix combination).
        • New column and filter “Task number” added to task tables.
      • Added the possibility to store up to six filters selections in memory in the “Tasks” table.
        • The button bar for the filter memories can be displayed and hidden using the toggle switch on the right.



        • To save the status of the filters to memory, right-click on the desired memory slot number and select “Save”. The memory slots where something has been saved will be displayed in a different colour.



          • When filters are reset, combinations stored in memory are not automatically updated. To do this, the selection must be saved again.
          • Along with the filters, the statuses and locations of columns are also stored.
          • To clean the filter memory slot, right-click on the desired button and select “Clean”.
        • The image and logo displayed on the external work order page are no longer slightly rotated but have been repositioned (ACS-336).
      • Improvements to the navigation buttons and logic of the device and the performers calendar.
        • Calendar displays three months by default (previous, current, next)
        • The maximum width of the calendar is limited to six months.
        • The minimum width of the calendar is limited to one month.
        • If there are pending tasks (red tasks) outside the calendar view in the past, the left movement button is displayed with a red background.



        • To change the month the calendar starts, use the buttons on the left of the date field. To change the end time, use the buttons on the right of the date. To move the whole view, use the buttons in the middle.
          The increment of a single button press is one month.
          When the width of the calendar view reaches the minimum or maximum value, the opposite value moves by the same increment.

      • Settings > Settings window UI design update and reordering of some elements around the window
      • In Settings > Settings > Functionality page, added the possibility to make the selection of a task group mandatory when creating a task.
      • Location information is also added to the header of the device card to help distinguish devices with similar names when opened (ACS-284).
      • System > Log table now displays time to the nearest second
      • An option has been added to send an email notification when the confirmation of a task closed by the user is cancelled.
        To receive this notification, the corresponding permission must be activated under ‘Settings > Users > Groups >Tasks > [E-mails / reportd]’ subsection.

    • Time-based calendar updates do not take into account departmental settings – Corrected
