
The replacement of the performer functionality allows you to replace the performer on open work orders and work order templates with a new performer with just a few clicks.
This is necessary if you change staff or have changed care partners.
The substitute performer feature is visible to those users who have the corresponding privilege active from the user group permissions (Settings > Users > Groups > … ).

To replace the performer, make the desired selections in the window that opens and click “Replace”. To cancel, press “Close” or “X” in the top right corner.

Old performer: the performer currently assigned to a work order or work order template.
In addition to existing users, the list also shows deleted users (whether or not they were in the status of performer at the time of deletion) and performers.
New performer: the performer you want to replace the current performer.
The list displays all users of that company who are also assigned the status of performer, as well as all active performers.
Once you have made your selection, click on the “Replace” button.
A trace of the replacement is also kept in the system log (who was replaced by whom).
This functionality will be added with version 1.6.24.
